I can't sleep again tonight. I don't know what it is. Some kind of encroaching insomnia. So, instead of stewing and tossing all night, like I did last night, I got up and made some bad art. The first one I screwed up irretrievably... made a major change to experiment with it, then saved over the top of the old copy, which I liked better. Ha-ha on me. That's what I get for making art damage at two in the morning, I guess.
These are old things made new... I'm cleaning out my room in preparation for Misty's moving in, and I ran across some old drawings. I liked them, and I wanted to do something with them, so I scanned them in and played around with them until I came up with something I liked. The first image is a symbol penned on some old graph paper... it doesn't really mean anything, it was just an asymmetrical little device of unknown function.
The other two pictures are from a comic strip I did a number of years ago based on a dream I had. I woke up and drew the picture... it has to be nearly seven or eight years ago, or so, now. I rediscovered it again tonight. Here it is for you. I'd mention something about copyrights, or something, but a poor man's copyright isn't worth a tinker's damn, and I guess I don't really care who steals this stuff.
Make of it what you will. I'm going to try to get some sleep.
